How to make cranberry finger cookies

1. Weigh the necessary ingredients and mix the baking soda with the low flour.

2. Chop the cranberries and set aside. Melt the butter in a simmering water (or heat in the microwave for 1 minute).

3. Beat the butter with a whisk and add the powdered sugar in three batches until smooth.

4. Add the beaten eggs in three batches and salt and beat until slightly expanded.

5. Sift in low flour, add milk powder and chopped cranberries.

6. After mixing well, knead it into dough and use plastic wrap or a fresh-keeping bag to roll it into a rectangle 5-6 cm wide and 1 cm thick. Place in the refrigerator for one hour.

7. Take it out and let it soften for two minutes, then cut into strips. (Preheat the oven before cutting)

8. Cover with baking paper, place on a plate and put into the oven, bake at 180 degrees on top and 160 degrees on the bottom for 15 minutes.

9. After taking out and cooling, you can put it into the biscuit jar. You can have one at any time, it’s super convenient! Cranberries are sour and sweet, and not too greasy.
