How to make whole egg tart

1. Take the tart crust out of the refrigerator in advance and place it on a plate to thaw.

4. Pour milk, whipped cream and sugar into a bowl and heat over low heat until the sugar is completely melted. Do not boil.

5. Add a spoonful of condensed milk and stir well.

6. After the milk liquid has cooled, pour it into the egg liquid and stir evenly.

7. Pass the egg tart liquid through a sieve to make it smoother. The egg tart liquid is now ready.

8. Pour the prepared egg tart liquid into the tart crust, about 70% full.

9. Place in the preheated oven at 220°C in the middle layer and bake for 35-40 minutes
