How to make coconut-flavored Dali chiffon cake

2. Start making the batter. Add 5 egg yolks and 20 grams of fine sugar and gently stir with a whisk. No beating is required.

3. Add salad oil to the egg yolk and continue to stir gently.

4. Add milk to egg yolk and continue to stir gently.

5. After stirring evenly, add the sifted low-gluten flour and coconut flour.

6. Mix evenly with a spatula.

7. After mixing the egg yolk paste, add 1/3 of the egg white paste and use a spatula to gently stir it up and mix evenly.

8. Then pour all the egg yolk paste into the egg white paste.

9. Continue to stir upwards with a spatula until evenly mixed.

10. After mixing evenly, pour 2/3 of the cake batter into the mold. Add chocolate powder to the remaining cake batter and mix well. Pour chocolate batter onto surface of cake batter.

11. Then use a scraper to gently cut a few times, make sure it reaches the bottom, then smooth the surface, shake it a few times, and bake in the middle layer of the preheated oven for 60 minutes, at 160 degrees for upper and lower heat.

12. After baking, remove from the oven, turn upside down to cool and then remove from the mold.
