How to make egg tarts without whipped cream

1. Prepare the ingredients, but don’t light the eggs.

2. Take half of the milk (50 grams) and add all the white sugar. Put it in the microwave for 1 minute to heat. Take it out and stir the sugar evenly while it is hot until it is completely melted. Then pour in the remaining milk and stir evenly (this way the milk will cool faster).

3. Add appropriate amount of condensed milk, about 10 grams, and stir well.

4. Beat the eggs.

5. Pour the mixed milk into the egg liquid.

6. Stir well.

7. Sift the milk and egg mixture. I sift it twice.

8. Until the liquid is smooth and free of particles.

9. Take out the frozen egg tart crust from the refrigerator in advance (it takes me three hours to thaw it now because it is hot. If it is winter, you need to thaw it seven or eight hours in advance). I made and froze it in March.

10. After thawing, put it into the mold and knead it.

11. Pour the milk and egg mixture into the tart shell until it is 70% to 80% full.

12. Preheat the oven to 210° and bake for 25 minutes. Add the diced mango five minutes before it’s done. Continue to bake for five minutes.

13. Baked and ready to go.
