How to make mini cream puffs

Having a healthy body is everyone's wish, and in order to achieve this wish, daily diet cannot be neglected. Mini cream puffs are simple to make, economical and affordable, and their nutrition is not inferior to those expensive foods. We might as well eat more of this delicacy in our daily life.

1. Make the puff skin first. Pour milk, sugar, salt and butter into the pot in turn, boil over medium heat, and stir while cooking until the butter and sugar are completely melted.

2. Turn down the heat and add the sifted low-gluten flour

3. Keep stirring until it becomes dough and remove from heat.

4. Spread the dough to dissipate heat until it is no longer hot to the touch.

5. Beat the eggs and add them in three batches after the dough has cooled. Add them in several batches for the last time.

6. Keep stirring until the batter is pulled into an inverted triangle shape.

7. Squeeze the puff skin, making sure the distance between them is not too close

8. Put it in the preheated oven at 210 degrees for 10 minutes

9. Adjust the temperature to 160 degrees and bake for 20 minutes before removing from the oven

10. The puff pastry is ready

11. Make the puff core with 2 egg yolks

12. Add 15ml milk

14. Add starch and low-gluten flour and sift into the egg liquid

15. Stir again

16. Add sugar to milk and boil until the sugar melts into the milk

17. Pour the boiled milk into the egg yolk liquid and stir while pouring.

18. Pour it into the filter and stir it

19. Stir until it becomes puree

20. After stirring, wait for it to cool down and put it in the refrigerator for a while

21. Refrigerate for half an hour and then pour into the whipped cream and mix well.

22. Just fill the puff skin
