How to cook mustard greens and tofu

1. Chop the mustard greens (because the mustard greens are salty, soak them in clean water in advance).

2. Slice the pork, and cut the lean meat and fat separately.

3.Cut the tofu into cubes.

4. Cut the green onion into sections and the ginger into slices.

5. Heat the wok, add a little vegetable oil, add the meat and stir-fry until it changes color. (I don’t like eating fatty meat, so I often fry the fat first to release the oil and then add the lean meat. This makes the dish very fragrant.)

7. Add mustard greens and stir-fry. Then add a small spoonful of pepper powder and two spoonfuls of soy sauce. Stir-fry for a few times and add water (enough to cover the tofu). It will be better with some old soup.

8. Add tofu, cover the pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Taste it. If it is bland, add some salt to taste. Add chicken stock and serve.
