How to make curry fried rice

15. Stir-fry evenly. Coat all ingredients evenly with curry. After the eight-treasure diced vegetables are fried, set aside.

16. Take out the refrigerated rice and use a spatula to break the rice into loose pieces.

17. Pour oil into the pot, heat the oil to about 60% to 70% and pour in the rice.

18. Use a spatula to crush the rice and stir-fry the rice until it is loose and the grains are distinct.

19. Add appropriate amount of curry powder.

20. Add half a spoonful of salt and half a spoonful of cooking wine and stir fry evenly. Coat the rice evenly with curry.

21. Add the previously fried eight-treasure diced vegetables.

22. Add a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of salt and stir-fry evenly.

23. Stir-fry until all ingredients are evenly mixed and the rice and eight-treasure diced are fully blended. Add a spoonful of sugar and half a spoonful of MSG to enhance the flavor. Stir-fry evenly and serve.

24. Remove from the pan and serve in a bowl. The curry has a particularly strong flavor.

25. Take a plate and turn the rice upside down.

26. Sprinkle some wolfberries and black sesame seeds and serve with lettuce leaves.

27. One portion per person. Let’s eat.
