6. Add a tablespoon of curry powder, stir evenly, sprinkle a little salt and stir-fry evenly, then serve.

7. Blanch the cauliflower, carrots, onions, green peppers, and a few slices of pumpkin, so these vegetables are easy to stir-fry. Mix the curry powder and salt, serve on a plate and be ready to eat.
