With a similar recipe, replacing the yogurt, you can derive countless kinds of frozen cheesecakes, such as strawberry frozen cheesecake, mango frozen cheesecake, durian frozen cheesecake, matcha frozen cheesecake, etc.) Utensils: 6-inch removable bottom cake pan; silicone spatula; refrigerator. Ingredients: 100g Oreo cookies without the cream filling, 50g butter, 200g cream cheese, 40g fine sugar, 200g yogurt, 120ml whipping cream, 50ml milk, 15g gelatin, 1 egg yolk (optional if you don’t like raw egg yolk), 15ml rum (optional to increase flavor), 15ml lemon juice (optional to increase flavor)

step:

1. Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter, pour into a loose-bottom cake pan, press firmly, and refrigerate for later use.

2. Place the cream cheese in a larger container, soften it at room temperature or heat it over water (to soften it), and stir until smooth and free of particles. Soften gelatin in cold water and set aside.

3. Add granulated sugar, egg yolk, rum, lemon juice and yogurt to the cream cheese paste in turn and stir thoroughly to blend.

4. Put the milk and cream in a small bowl, heat it in water, add the softened gelatin sheets, and stir until melted.

5. Pour the mixture from step 4 into the cheese paste little by little in several batches and stir evenly.

6. Take out the Oreo cookie base from the refrigerator, pour the mixture into a removable bottom cake pan, and gently shake it a few times to remove the bubbles. Refrigerate for more than 4 hours (overnight is best), then you can remove from the mold and eat it.

Enhanced version:

1. You can add various fruits to the cheese paste to make it taste richer.

2. If you find it troublesome to demould, you can put it in a cup. You can put many small cups to give to friends.
