How to make dry pot dried tofu

Going out to restaurants to eat is a normal part of life for many families. Although there is nothing wrong with this, eating out every day not only requires a certain amount of money, but is also not necessarily healthy. Of course, it is best to be able to cook by yourself. The method of dry pot tofu is simple. After learning it, you will no longer have to eat MSG outside often for yourself and your family.

1. Prepare the main ingredients: pork belly, garlic sprouts, dried tofu, carrots, onions, green peppers, red peppers, dried red peppers, onions, ginger, and garlic

2. Shred the ginger, slice the garlic, chop the green onion and put together with the dried red pepper for later use.

3. Cut the garlic sprouts into sections, slice the carrots, shred the onions, cut the dried tofu into cubes, and slice the green and red peppers, as shown in the picture. (Don’t cut the pork belly yet)

4. Put the pork belly in a pot, add water, and boil over high heat.

5. Slice the blanched pork belly

6. Heat the pan with plenty of oil until the oil temperature reaches 70%

7. Pour in the dried tofu and fry it slightly, but don’t fry it too hard.

8. See the picture, this is fried tofu (don’t fry it for too long, about 40 seconds will do)

9. Leave some oil in the pan

10. Pour in the pork belly and stir-fry

11. Look at the picture. The pork belly is oily and slightly yellow.

12. Serve on a plate

13. Add onion, ginger, garlic, and dried red pepper and sauté until fragrant.

14. Stir-fry a large spoonful of Lao Gan Ma black bean sauce

15. Add the pork belly and stir fry

16. Pour in carrots

17. Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry

18. Pour in dried tofu

19. Give a spoonful of soy sauce

20. Pour in green and red peppers

21. Add salt

22. Add half a teaspoon of sugar

23. Half teaspoon chicken stock

24. You can add some water and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat. See the picture.

25. Brush some oil in the dry pan and pour in the onion shreds.

26. Pour the fried dried tofu into a dry pot (a pot specially used for making dry pot dishes, with an alcohol stove). You can also use a casserole instead. Just burn it when you eat it.

Dry-pot dried tofu is an easy dish to make. People who work overtime for a long time and have no time to cook can try making this dish. It only requires simple steaming and adding seasonings that suit your taste before serving.
