How to make lace fried dumplings

Enjoying delicious food is a part of our life. We should not just eat out casually on normal days. If conditions permit, it is better to cook at home. After all, this can ensure hygiene and is good for health. Lace fried dumplings are simple to make, and it is also a dish that many nutrition experts like very much.

1. Chop the meat, add a little salt, pepper, sugar and light soy sauce and mix well.

2. Prepare an appropriate amount of dumpling wrappers (buy ready-made ones to save trouble)

3. Take a piece of dumpling skin and add appropriate amount of meat filling.

4. Fold it in half and pinch the edges tightly.

5. Use your right thumb and index finger to pinch out the lace.

6. Wrap them one by one.

7. Heat a proper amount of oil in a frying pan.

8. Place the dumplings flat in the pot.

9. Cover the pot and fry over low heat.

10. Fry until one side is golden brown, then turn over and fry the other side.

11. Fry until both sides are golden brown.
