How to make broiler chicken

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Chop the chicken legs into small pieces

3. Put the pork belly and chicken legs into the pot with cold water and cook

4. Cut the green onion into large pieces; slice the ginger and garlic

5. When the water boils slightly, take out the chicken legs and turn off the heat when it boils again.

6. Remove the hair from the pork belly and cut it into 2 cm pieces. Rinse the chicken legs with clean water and drain.

7. Put the amount of oil you normally use for cooking in the pot, heat the oil to 60% and add the pork belly and stir-fry.

8. When the pork belly is oily and the edges are browned, add the chicken legs and stir-fry together

9. Stir-fry the chicken legs until dry and pour white wine on the side of the pot to remove the fishy smell.

10. Add onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, and dried red pepper and stir-fry.

11. Add dark soy sauce and stir fry evenly

12. Add boiling water

13. Bring the water to a boil over high heat and then turn to low heat.

14. Stew for about 30 minutes, until the soup is half gone, add rock sugar and continue stewing.

15. Stew until chopsticks can easily pierce the lean pork

16. Add salt to taste and simmer for another five or six minutes.
