2. Place the pot of cream in a basin filled with ice cubes, whip the cream, gradually add powdered sugar, adjust it to your taste, and beat for a while longer. The coldness of the ice cubes will make the cream easier to whip.

3. Beat the cream until it does not drip when you pick up the whisk and forms patterns. Add water to soften the gelatin sheets, boil the water, let it cool after it melts, add it to the whipped cream and stir. Do not use a whisk to stir, just stir gently with a spoon and mix well. Take out some of the original flavor, and then divide some of it and add it to the brewed coffee. The coffee should be strong and there should not be too much water. Otherwise it will be too thin. If you have a fine sieve, you can sift the coffee powder directly into the cream and stir it. Also, you cannot use a whisk. Just use a spoon to stir it evenly, otherwise bubbles will be generated.

4. Slice the prepared cake bread according to the size of your mold. Personally, I prefer to eat cake with less bread, so cut it into thin slices. I forgot to take a picture of Oreo. I like the original flavor of Oreo. I put it in a plastic bag, crush the Oreo and set aside.

5. Then add a layer of whipped cream, a layer of Oreos, and a layer of bread. It depends on your personal taste. Anyway, pour everything you like into the mold layer by layer, shake it slightly to remove the bubbles, and put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for four or five hours. Before eating, sprinkle some shredded coconut on it, put the diced mango on it and you can eat it.
