3. Put oil in the pot, add garlic and fry until fragrant, add meat slices and fry until white, then add water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, bean paste, chili oil, chopped pepper, and mushroom feet and cook for ten minutes, then add small green vegetables and bean skin and cook for five minutes, add salt, MSG, and thirteen spices and cook for a while and turn off the heat

4. Put some cooked rice noodles in a bowl, pour the soup into the rice noodle bowl, then add coriander and green onions, and you're done!
