How to make Tianjin pot stickers

Dinner has always been an important meal of the day for Chinese people. After a busy day, going home to enjoy delicious food in the evening is the motivation for a busy day. Tianjin pot stickers are easy to make, do not take up too much time, and can achieve the goal of balanced nutrition, which meets the taste requirements of the general public.

1. Mix some flour with hot water and some with cold water. Let it rest for a while. Grate the melon into shreds and marinate with noodle sauce. After a few minutes, squeeze out the water.

2. Add sesame paste, fermented tofu, salt and sesame oil to the melon filling and mix well.

3. Make the dough slightly larger than dumplings, roll it thinly, add the filling and wrap it into a thin-skinned potsticker.

4. Heat a pan, apply a little oil, put the pot stickers in, heat them slightly, pour in half a small bowl of water, cover the pot, simmer for a few minutes, and be careful not to overheat.

5. Add water and simmer for a while. When you hear a sizzling sound, the water is dry and the potstickers are cooked.

6. When the water is boiled dry and you hear a slight sizzling sound, open the lid and turn the pot over until the potstickers are cooked.

7. Turn over and serve
