How to make garlic moss braised noodles

In today's society, many children have very poor hands-on skills. In order to let children learn how to make garlic chives noodles, parents must teach them step by step. This is a very popular food, healthy and nutritious, and if you can't finish it, you can put it in the refrigerator. You must master the skills when making this food, and the fermentation process is essential.

1. Steam the noodles for 10 minutes.

2. Chop the green onion into flowers, cut the ginger into shreds, slice the meat (marinate it with light soy sauce to make the meat taste more tender), cut the garlic shoots into 5 cm small pieces, and wash the bean sprouts.

3. Add oil to the pan and add scallion, ginger and star aniseed until fragrant.

4. Add the meat slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add garlic shoots, bean sprouts, salt, five-spice powder and dark soy sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

6. Pour in clean water (just enough to cover the vegetables) and bring to a boil.

7. Remove from heat and pour the soup into a bowl, leaving 1/3 of the soup at the bottom of the pot.

8. Place the steamed noodles flat on the dish. Cover the lid and simmer over high heat for 2 minutes, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.

9. Sprinkle the soup in the bowl evenly on the noodles and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

10. When you smell a strong aroma, you can turn off the heat and lift the lid. Mix the vegetables and noodles and you're done.

Eating out frequently can easily cause us to consume too much seasoning, which is bad for health. The method of garlic chives braised noodles is simple and requires very little seasoning.
