How to make Beijing sauce chicken fillet rolls

1. Prepare a piece of chicken breast

4. Marinate the chicken breast with egg white, starch, onion, ginger, cooking wine, chicken essence, and a little salt. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before taking out.
