How to make Italian pasta (fried beef short ribs with red sauce)

Pasta (fried beef short ribs with red sauce) is a dish that many people like. You don’t need to prepare too many ingredients when making this dish. Simple ingredients can create an extraordinary delicacy. The family sits together and eats this delicious dish. Happiness is as simple as this dish, full of the taste of home and very memorable.

1. This pasta dish is made with red sauce. The so-called red sauce is a pasta sauce made with tomatoes as the main ingredient, along with spices and other auxiliary ingredients. I chose Hans original sauce, which is generally available in large supermarkets. You can also choose the same red sauce.

2. Cut the beef into 5mm thick slices. You can also choose other parts of the beef you like. Slice the garlic.

3. Boil a pot of water with a little more water. Add the wheel pasta and 3 grams of salt and cook over high heat. Cook the pasta according to the time stated on the package. The cooking time for this noodle is 7 minutes. Stir occasionally in between to prevent sticking.

4. At this time, take another frying pan and fry the beef jerky over low heat without adding oil. The doneness of beef is usually judged by the amount of blood that comes out of it. If more blood comes out, the beef is relatively raw, and if less blood comes out, the beef is relatively cooked.

5. Generally, it only takes two or three minutes to fry one side. After frying one side, add the garlic slices and turn the beef over to fry the other side.

6. When the beef is almost done, sprinkle salt and freshly ground pepper on both sides. Freshly ground sea salt is better. Then remove from the plate and set aside.

7. The noodles have been cooked for enough time. Taste it, and if it’s done, drain and toss with a little olive oil.

8. Put the red sauce into the pot and bring it to a boil, then season with salt.

9. Sprinkle some freshly ground pepper. It’s ready to serve.

10. When serving, first serve half of the wheel noodles, pour half of the red sauce on it, and sprinkle some basil leaves on it. Then put the remaining wheel noodles, red sauce and basil on a plate, which will look better. Pour a glass of red wine and dinner can begin.

After the pasta (fried beef short ribs with red sauce) is ready, it must be eaten while hot, because it will affect the taste and texture if it gets cold. I would like to remind everyone to make this dish more often in winter to add more delicious things to your dining table.
