How to make pork wontons

Pork wontons are a home-cooked dish that is very lifelike. You don’t need to prepare seasonings deliberately to make this dish. Just the basic salt, MSG, soy sauce and vinegar at home can make a delicate dish. The soup of this dish looks even more delicious and makes people drool.

1. Add water to the flour and knead it into dough, wrap it with plastic wrap, chop the cabbage, chop the green onion into chopped green onion (two pieces), and chop the meat into minced meat.

2. Stir well and add dumpling seasoning, mix well, and the wonton filling is ready.

3. Pour the cabbage, meat and chopped green onion into a mixing bowl, add ingredient A in turn and stir evenly in a clockwise direction.

4. Soak the dried black fungus in water and set aside

5. Next, start making wonton wrappers. Take out the dough and divide it into four portions. Set aside one portion and put the remaining three back into the plastic wrap.

6. Roll it into a round shape, about the same thickness as the dumpling skin, and then cut it vertically into strips about 8 cm wide.

7. Stack the long strips together. Sprinkle some flour in advance to prevent them from sticking. Then cut them into trapezoidal shapes. The wonton wrapper is ready.

8. Now start wrapping the filling. Put an appropriate amount of filling on the top of the wrapper (be careful not to cut the top of the wonton wrapper too narrow, otherwise it will not be able to wrap the filling)

9. Roll from top to bottom twice

10. Hold both sides and turn downward 90 degrees

11. Then rotate 180 degrees to make the bottom over the top

12. Press the overlapping part hard to make it stick together. The wonton is now wrapped. Wrap the remaining three pieces of dough in turn.

13. Finally, prepare to put it in the pot. Cut some green onions and minced garlic, and beat an egg for later use.

14. Pour peanut oil into the hot pan, add chopped green onion, minced garlic and dried shrimps and stir-fry until fragrant

15. Add the previously soaked black fungus and a little bit of Weidam

16. Add water, cover the pot and bring to a boil

17. When the water boils, you can put the wontons in. Stir a few times while putting them in to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

18. When the wontons become bigger and float up, pour in the egg mixture and cook for another minute before serving.

19. Add some vinegar when eating, it tastes great

It should be said that everyone knows the importance of diet to themselves. Although pork wontons are easy to make, they make people who have eaten them give them a thumbs up.
