Mashed Potato Pancakes

1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and steam them in a steamer for 15 minutes

2. Add pepper and salt and use a spoon to mash it into a paste. Don’t mash it too finely (it tastes better this way)

5. Heat the pan over low or medium heat, brush with oil, scoop into the pan with a spoon, press into a round shape, add black sesame seeds and turn over (do not turn over frequently or it will break easily)
