Spread the processed lotus seeds, red dates and raisins regularly on the bottom of the bowl. 5. Then add a layer of mixed glutinous rice and press it down. Put the large bowl of glutinous rice into the steamer and steam it over high heat for 40 minutes. After it cools down a bit, first put a large flat plate upside down on the bowl, then carefully turn the whole thing over.
