11. These are all the rolled potato balls (each potato ball weighs about 19 grams).

12. Pour oil into the pan, put the potato balls in when the oil is five minutes hot, fry them over low heat until golden brown, then remove from the pan.

13. Place the potato balls on oil-absorbing paper to control the oil.

14. Put the potato balls into another container, squeeze some ketchup on them, and enjoy them.
