Different milk tea ingredients and recipes are different. For example, silk stocking milk tea and milk tea, because of their different origins, there are also great differences in raw materials and production methods. But as long as it is milk tea, it is inseparable from the two main raw materials: tea leaves and milk. Different milk teas also vary due to the different types and amounts of tea and milk used. Below we will briefly introduce the milk tea recipe and ingredients.

The raw materials of milk tea are tea and milk or goat's milk. The general method of making milk tea is: first crush the brick tea, put it into a copper pot or water pot to boil, after the tea boils, add fresh milk, and constantly stir the tea with a spoon when it boils until the tea and milk are fully blended, remove the tea leaves, and add salt. But there are also those that do not add salt, just keep the salt nearby and add the amount of salt according to each person's taste. Xinjiang milk tea is not particularly salty like ordinary milk tea, so everyone's preference for it is different.

The salty milk tea that Mongolians drink is mostly made from green brick tea or black brick tea, and the tea is boiled in an iron pot. When cooking salty milk tea, you should first break the brick tea, place a clean iron pot on the fire, fill it with 2 to 3 kilograms of water, boil the water until it just boils, and then add 50 to 80 grams of broken brick tea. When the water boils again for 5 minutes, add milk, about one-fifth of the water, stir slightly, and then add appropriate amount of salt. Wait until the whole pot of salty milk tea starts to boil and then add a small amount of fried rice into it. The salty milk tea is considered cooked and can be served in a bowl and drunk.

Preparation method

1. Put the black tea into the teapot filter, pour in a little boiling water, and filter out the first batch of tea after the tea leaves expand.

2. Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water and let it sit for about 3 minutes.

3. Add granulated sugar into the cup.

4. Pour in the brewed black tea and stir well.

5. Heat the milk until warm, pour it into the tea and stir well.

6. Place a fine-mesh strainer over the cup.

7. Pour in milk tea.

8. Pour the filtered milk tea into a cup and drink.

The amount of black tea, milk and sugar can be adjusted according to personal taste.

Milk is rich in protein, fat and other high-quality nutrients. Tea contains more than 300 chemical ingredients that are beneficial to humans, including caffeine, multiple vitamins (VC, VP, niacin, folic acid, etc.), tannic acid, theanine, essential oils, amino acids, sugars, various minerals and chlorophyll. Milk tea made from natural milk and black tea can remove greasiness, aid digestion, improve thinking and refresh the mind, promote diuresis and detoxify, and eliminate fatigue. However, the milk tea sold in the market generally does not contain milk and tea ingredients, which will only cause harm to health.
