1. Prepare the flour and peel and wash the carrots.

2. Dissolve the yeast in warm water

3. Cut carrots into small pieces and add milk to make a paste

4. Pour the carrot puree into the flour

5. Mix into a uniform dough, cover with plastic wrap and wait for fermentation

6. The dough will ferment until it doubles in size and becomes honeycomb-shaped.

7. Take out the fermented dough and exhaust it

8. Roll it into long strips and cut it into the size you like.

9. Grease the steaming rack, place the steamed buns on it and wait for them to rise.

10. Let it rise for 20 to 30 minutes. You can steam it now, medium or low heat for 16 minutes

11. Turn off the fire after steaming. Do not turn on the fire immediately. Steam for 5 minutes.
