How to make double potato steamed buns

1. Peel the sweet potatoes and purple potatoes and cut them into pieces.

2. Boil water in a steamer and steam the sweet potatoes and purple sweet potatoes separately.

3. Mash the steamed sweet potatoes and purple potatoes and let cool.

4. Put Angel yeast powder in two small bowls and dissolve it in 30-degree warm water.

5. Put the flour and sugar into the bowls containing the sweet potato puree and purple potato puree. Pour the dissolved yeast powder into the bowl separately. Use chopsticks to stir clockwise until it becomes floc-like.
