How to make Italian biscuits

For many mothers, if their babies and loved ones eat healthily, they will get sick less often. Today I will introduce to housewives a dish of Italian cookies that is suitable for family consumption.

1. Separate the egg whites and set aside the egg yolks.

2. Beat 1 whole egg into egg liquid.

3.Mix the flour ingredients together and sift.

4. Add egg liquid and egg yolk and mix well.

5. Add vanilla extract and walnut kernels and mix well to form a clumping mixture.

6. Sprinkle a little flour on the panel and knead into dough.

7. Roll the dough into an oval shape with a thickness of about 2cm and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly and cut diagonally into strips.

9. Place the bread with the cut side facing up and bake in a 180 degree oven for 5 minutes. Turn the bread over and bake for another 5 minutes.
