1. Wash and chop the onions and scallions.

2. Heat the pan, add oil, add onions and chopped green onions, add two tablespoons of light soy sauce, and stir-fry over low heat.

3. Add the sautéed chopped green onion into the minced meat (add two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of salt and cooking wine to the minced meat and marinate it), add chicken essence and stir in one direction evenly.

4. Stir the green onions and then add the soaked and chopped mushrooms into the minced meat. Also stir in one direction.

5. Stir the filling and minced meat until the chopsticks can stand upright on the plate. The dumpling filling is ready.

7. Steam for about ten minutes and it’s ready to serve.
