How to make Tianjin's vegetarian dumplings on the first day of the Chinese New Year

11. Boil hot water in a pot, put the dumplings in when the water boils, and the filling will be cooked when the skin is cooked. It is very easy to cook because the skin of the dried tofu gluten and rice noodles can be eaten directly.
