Method steps

1. Soak the fungus in cold water half a day in advance and wash it clean after soaking.

2. Peel the onion and wash it clean.

3. Blanch the soaked fungus, rinse with cold water, remove the roots and squeeze out the water.

4. Cut the onion into thin slices and wash and chop the coriander.

5. Put onions and fungus into a container.

6. Add coriander, pepper oil, cold soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, and sesame oil in appropriate amounts, stir well, and finally sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
