How to make purple dumplings

For many people, eating healthy is not easy. In fact, there are many home-cooked dishes that are very simple and not as difficult as some people think. For example, it is very simple to make purple dumplings. As long as you master the method, the dish you make is not inferior to some delicacies from land and sea.

1. First, fry the juice of half a purple cabbage, and then mix it with appropriate amount of flour to make dough! I also use a feel for the amount of flour! If it’s wet, add flour. If it’s dry, fry the juice of another half of the purple cabbage and add it! Cover the dough bowl and let it rest for an hour!

2. Prepare the filling. Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, MSG and corn oil to the minced pork. Use chopsticks to stir in a clockwise direction! Add diced shiitake mushrooms, diced winter bamboo shoots, and shredded carrots! Stir well! The amount of vegetables depends on your preference! After mixing, taste the saltiness!

3. After one hour, take out the dough and knead it repeatedly. Roll it into long strips and cut it into small pieces with a rolling knife!

4. Sprinkle some powder to prevent sticking and press flat!

5. Roll it into dumpling skins!

6. Take a piece of dumpling skin and put appropriate amount of stuffing!

8. I will freeze the wrapped ones in the refrigerator! But it’s best to finish it within a week!
