1. After the chicken wings are thawed, wash them

3. Blanch the chicken wings for 5 minutes

4. Take out and drain the water

5. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic and star anise and sauté until fragrant

6. Pour in the chicken wing tips and stir fry

7. Add seasonings, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, pepper, salt, dried red pepper, and appropriate amount of water! Cover the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes

8. After 5 minutes, stir fry with a spatula

9. When there is a little soup left in the pot, add MSG and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

10. Serve on a plate and garnish with a little coriander
