How to make Kangbing

It is very simple to make Kangbing. The main ingredients are ginger, fruit and pepper. It is especially suitable for office workers and easy to make. 1. Put flour, yeast and sugar in a bowl

2. Slowly add water and beat until no obvious floccules of dry flour are visible.

3. Knead the dough until it is smooth, cover it with plastic wrap or a towel that has been wrung out of water and let it ferment until it doubles in size. The kneaded dough is droopy and as soft as an earlobe.

4. When the dough has doubled in size, dip your finger in dry flour and poke a hole. If it does not shrink, it is fermented.

5. Take out the dough, knead it to release the air, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes. Roll the dough into long strips and divide into small pieces of uniform size

6. Roll the dough into a thick skin in the middle and thin skin on both sides, sprinkle with sugar and black sesame seeds.

7. Pinch it like a bun

8. Turn it over and roll it thinly, cover it with plastic wrap and let it stand for 10 minutes.

9. Heat a little oil in the pan, put the pancake in, and turn to medium heat.

10. After one side is fried, turn it over and fry the other side.

11. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
