How to make Korean noodles

You just need to learn some simple dishes. The method of making Korean jajangmyeon is not difficult, and most people can learn it easily.

1. Prepare the ingredients: cut cucumber into strips, chop shallots, cut king oyster mushrooms into small cubes, Korean sauce

2. Chop the pork into small cubes, add water starch (10 grams of water + 20 grams of starch), add 5 grams of oil, stir evenly and set aside.

3. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, add the diced meat into the cold pot, stir-fry quickly over low heat until the diced meat changes color

4. Add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant

5. Add the diced king oyster mushrooms and fry over medium heat until 80% cooked.

6. Pour in the sauce and stir fry for a few times

7. Pour in 300 grams of water and cook on low heat for 5 minutes

8. Add 2 grams of chicken essence for seasoning

9. Serve and set aside

10. Cook the fresh noodles and rinse them with cold water

11. Pour the sauce into a bowl of noodles, add cucumber shreds and kimchi (omit if you don’t like spicy food), and mix well when eating.

Only by eating properly can our health be effectively protected. Korean jajangmyeon is simple to make and is a very common dish in our lives.
