How to make grape milk crispy

1.1 Ingredients (I don’t think milk powder is included, haha)

2. Beat the butter after it softens!

3. Add fine sugar and milk powder, and beat with a whisk until the volume is fluffy and the color becomes slightly lighter.

4. Add three egg yolks in turn and beat evenly with a whisk. Each time, wait until the egg yolk and butter are completely mixed before adding the next egg yolk.

5. Sift the low-gluten flour and pour it into the whipped butter.

6. Use your hands to mix the flour and butter evenly. Add raisins and mix well to form a smooth dough. (After adding the grapes, knead the flour into a ball. I kneaded it a little too early, so it was not easy to knead it evenly when adding the grapes.)

7. Place the dough on the chopping board and flatten it, then use a rolling pin to roll it into a sheet about 1 cm thick.

8. Use a knife to cut off the irregular parts around, trim the dough into a rectangle, and cut it into small rectangles of about 4.5CM in size and 3CM in size.

9. Place the small rectangular dough into the baking tray and brush the surface with a layer of beaten egg yolk.

10. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.

11. The finished product is delicious! My baby loves it so much!
