How to make salted vegetable and bacon pancakes

It may be okay to eat casually when you are single, but if you have a family, especially if you have children, you must not neglect their diet. No matter how busy you are, you should make sure your children get enough nutrition. In fact, it is very easy to make salted vegetable and bacon pancakes, and what is more valuable is that it is also very nutritious.

1. Dissolve the yeast in a little water and pour it into the flour. Then add appropriate amount of water to the flour and knead it into a smooth dough. Let it rise for half an hour. This step is similar to making steamed buns.

2. Choose fat meat for bacon, wash it, boil it in clean water, and cut it into 0.5 cm cubes for later use. Chop the salted vegetables, the finer the better. Wash and chop the green onions.

3. Put the bacon, salted vegetables and green onions into a bowl and mix well for later use

4. Grease the baking tray with salad oil and set aside. Put some colored oil on your hands and knead the dough until it is smooth. Divide the dough into small balls of the same size, press the small balls into dough skins, wrap them with the prepared fillings (the method here is the same as making dumplings), put them face down on the baking tray and press them into pancakes with your hands.

5. Place it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
