Nut Spinach

   Step 1

   Wash the spinach thoroughly, and cut any that are too long in half.

   Bring water to a boil, add spinach, and remove after two minutes. Do not overcook.

   Wash the peanuts

   Fry in a pan until cooked through, then let cool.

   Blanch the spinach, drain it, and place it in a bowl. Add minced garlic, fried peanuts, salt, light soy sauce, sesame oil, and MSG. Mix well.

   Press it firmly into the bowl.
