Stir-fried river shrimp with chives
Here's a step 4 step recipe for stir-fried river shrimp with chives, complete with pictures. Clean the small river shrimp thoroughly. Mine were thawed from the freezer, so they're a bit reddish, but it doesn't affect the taste.

Method
- 01
Step 1
The small river shrimp were cleaned. I took them out of the freezer to thaw, so they turned a little red, but it doesn't affect the taste.

- 02
Step 2
Add lard (you can add a little more, since I'll be adding a bunch of chives later), heat it until it boils, then add the shrimp and red bell pepper and stir-fry. Don't use too high a heat, just a moderate amount. I'm using lard because I grew up eating fish and shrimp, and shrimp and fish cooked with lard are more fragrant and delicious. You should try it!

Step 3
Once the shrimp turn red, add the chives and salt, stir-fry until the chives soften, then it's ready to serve.

Step 4
The river shrimp were completely wild and had almost no fishy smell, so I didn't even add ginger. Healthy ingredients never need too many seasonings; simple oil and salt are enough to make them delicious.
