How to make spicy grilled fish on bamboo skewers

1. Slice the green onion, cut half of the ginger into strips and the other half into dices, cut half of the garlic into dices and make minced garlic, cut the green onion into flowers, and chop the dried red pepper and Sichuan peppercorns

2. Wash the crucian carp and make a few cuts on its back.

3. Add ingredient A, green onion, shredded ginger, garlic, dried red pepper and crushed Sichuan pepper into the fish bowl, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

4. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, add minced garlic and ginger and fry until fragrant

5. Add chopped green onion and ingredient B in turn and stir-fry into sauce. Pour into a bowl and set aside.

6. Heat the oil in the pan again and fry the marinated fish.

7. Fry one side until golden brown, then turn it over and fry until it is 70% to 80% cooked.

8. Use bamboo sticks to string the fish, brush the sauce on both sides of the fish, and place it on the grill covered with tin foil.

9. Put the fish into the oven, place it in the middle layer, and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Turn it over halfway through.
