How should the hyperthyroidism diet menu be matched?

Hyperthyroidism is a disease caused by low immunity. Studies have found that it is closely related to lack of sleep and mental stress. 1. Causes of hyperthyroidism

Causes of hyperthyroidism include diffuse toxic goiter (also known as Graves' disease), inflammatory hyperthyroidism (subacute thyroiditis, painless thyroiditis, postpartum thyroiditis, and Hashimoto's hyperthyroidism), drug-induced hyperthyroidism (levothyroxine sodium and iodine-induced hyperthyroidism), hCG-related hyperthyroidism (transient hyperthyroidism due to vomiting of pregnancy), and pituitary TSH tumor hyperthyroidism.

Clinically, more than 80% of hyperthyroidism is caused by Graves' disease, which is an autoimmune disease of the thyroid gland. The patient's lymphocytes produce thyroid-stimulating immunoglobulin-TSI. Clinically, the TSI we measure is the thyrotropin receptor antibody: TRAb. The cause of Graves' disease is currently unclear. It may be related to factors such as fever, lack of sleep, and mental stress, but clinically the cause of the disease cannot be found in the vast majority of patients. Graves' disease is often combined with other autoimmune diseases, such as vitiligo, alopecia, type 1 diabetes, etc.

1. Buddha's Hand Porridge

Ingredients: 9 grams of bergamot, 15 grams of seaweed, 60 grams of polished rice, and appropriate amount of brown sugar.

Preparation: Boil bergamot and seaweed with appropriate amount of water, remove the residue, then add rice and brown sugar and cook into porridge. Take 1 dose daily for 10 to 15 days.

Efficacy: Adjust mental depression, mood changes, soothe the liver and clear away heat.

2. Kelp seaweed drink

Ingredients: kelp, seaweed, oysters

Preparation: Decoction the raw materials in water. Take once a day for several days.

Efficacy: It can soothe the liver and clear away heat, regulate qi and relieve depression.

3. Sichuan Fritillary Kelp Porridge

Ingredients: 15 grams each of Fritillaria cirrhosa, kelp, and Salvia miltiorrhiza, 30 grams of coix seed, 60 grams of winter melon, and appropriate amount of brown sugar.

Preparation: Boil Fritillaria cirrhosa and Salvia miltiorrhiza first, remove the residue, add other spices and cook into porridge. Take it warm on an empty stomach every morning for 15 to 20 days.

Efficacy: Used for swelling of the neck, nausea, and loose stools.

4. Assorted Tofu

Ingredients: 4 pieces of tofu, 150 grams of tomatoes, 15 grams each of fungus, winter bamboo shoots and peas, 9 grams of wet starch, 9 grams of raw oil, and appropriate amounts of onions, salt and other seasonings.

Preparation: Stew the above ingredients into soup and take it once every other day for several times in a row.

Efficacy: It is mainly used to treat liver depression and qi stagnation, damp phlegm coagulation, thyroid enlargement (usually symmetrical), soft and painless. Accompanied by chest and flank pain, and sighing.
