How to make curry steak rice

When going to a restaurant to eat, many people like to order curry steak rice, but in fact, if you are interested in this, you can also make these delicious foods at home. The following method of making curry steak rice is relatively simple.

Method 1:

1. Wash the steak, cut it into small pieces from the middle of the bone, add seasoning (1) and mix well, marinate for 20 minutes, then fry both sides in a frying pan with a small amount of oil and serve;

2. Dice the onion, peel and dice the potatoes and carrots. Use 2 tablespoons of oil to fry the diced onion, then add the curry powder and stir-fry together. Then add the carrots, potatoes and seasonings.

3. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes, then add the beef ribs and stir-fry until the soup is dry and thick, then turn off the heat and serve.

Method 2:

4 steaks

Excipients:

1 onion, 1 potato, 1 small carrot

1. 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 5 tablespoons water;

2. 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine, 3 tablespoons curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 cup of water.
