How to stir-fry conch

If you want to capture a man's heart, you must first capture his stomach. The same is true for men. So, for the sake of your beloved, should you learn to cook some decent food? The answer must be yes. So, now I will introduce how to stir-fry snails.

1. Prepare the ingredients: 300g snails, 2 garlic sprouts, 1 red pepper, and 10 corianders. (I didn’t use garlic sprouts)

2. Cut the coriander into sections, chop the chili pepper, slice the garlic, cut the red pepper into shreds, and cut the ginger into shreds.

3. Soak the conch in clean water to remove the mud and sand, then use both hands to poke and clean it.

4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, ginger and chili peppers.

5. Set aside the sautéed ginger and garlic, add the snails and stir-fry.

6. Add soy sauce and a little sugar and stir-fry.

7. Add a little boiling water, cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes, until the snails start to fall off. Add coriander stems and red pepper shreds.

8. Finally, add the coriander leaves, stir-fry evenly and serve.
