4. Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it at room temperature, then add powdered sugar.

5. Use a rubber spatula to press and blend the mixture first to avoid splashing the mixture when beating with the whisk.

6. Use an electric whisk to beat until fluffy and light in color. Do not over-beat.

7. Add the egg liquid in two or three times, stirring thoroughly each time before adding the next one. (Adding it all at once will cause it to separate if it is not easy to blend.)

8. Mix the low flour and milk powder, and sift them into the butter.

9. Mix well with a rubber spatula and knead into a ball with your hands. Put it in a plastic bag or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

10. Now is the time to prepare the ingredients for the tart filling. (Use only egg yolks for a better color, or you can use whole eggs)

11. Pour the milk cream into a bowl, add egg yolks, fine sugar and condensed milk.

12. Use chopsticks or a manual egg beater to gently stir evenly. Do not use too much force and do not use an electric egg beater as bubbles may easily form.

13. Take another container and sift it at least twice using a strainer.

14. Get the fine tart mixture and refrigerate it for later use.

15. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take out the refrigerated dough and divide it into 6 small doughs, about 40g. (It can also be divided into 7 equal parts.)

16. Pinch into a round shape and flatten it.

17. Place it in the tart mold and arrange it. The bottom and edges should be thin, not too thick.

18. Pour in tart liquid until it is 80% to 90% full.

19. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees on the lower layer for 10 minutes.

20. Move to the middle layer and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes to color the tart crust and the tart core.

21. When the time is up, take out the cookies and let them cool. Make sure to let them cool before removing them from the mold, because the cookie crust is still a little soft and will become crispy after a while.

22. After cooling for a while, gently touch the edge with your hand to easily remove it from the mold.
