How to make Yunnan bean stewed rice

Nowadays, many people work and live alone outside. They want to learn how to cook, but they just can’t do it well. In order to solve this problem, I will now teach you how to make Yunnan bean rice.

1. Mix rice and glutinous rice, wash them clean, and soak them in clean water at a ratio of 1:1 for 1 hour;

2. Dice Xuanwei ham into 1 cm dices, peel potatoes and cut into dices of the same size;

3. Heat the wok and add about 20 grams of vegetable oil. Lard is better.

4. Add the diced potatoes and stir-fry over low heat until half cooked, then add the diced ham and green beans;

5. Stir-fry the above ingredients evenly and pour into the stew pot;

6. Pour the soaked rice and water into the pot, mix well, and bring to a boil over medium heat; cook until the rice begins to absorb water, stir it with chopsticks. When the water is almost dry, cover the pot, turn to low heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
