How to prepare children's meals

The biggest headache for parents is their children's eating problem. Due to the improvement in living standards, many children are picky eaters. Most picky eaters will suffer from malnutrition, which will affect a child's normal and healthy development. So in order to make children eat more, parents should make some meals that children will eat more. So what meals will make children eat more?

1. Steamed Tofu Meatballs

Ingredients: tofu, pork, eggs, mushrooms, carrots

Preparation: Grind the pork, mushrooms, carrots and shredded ginger together, add an egg, add salt and a little cooking wine and stir clockwise, pinch it into balls from the base of the thumb and place on a plate; then steam it for 15 minutes, sprinkle some chopped green onions when removing from the heat, and drizzle with sesame oil and a little light soy sauce.

2. Stir-fried mushrooms with carrots, broccoli and mushrooms

Ingredients: carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, broth

Method: Wash and slice the carrots and shiitake mushrooms, blanch the broccoli for two minutes and remove it. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 70% cooked. First, add the carrots and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for two minutes. Add some broth, then add the broccoli and stir-fry until cooked. Finally, add oyster sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute.

3. Steamed sea bass

The nutritional value of sea bass is very high, and its meat is delicious and has no small bones, so it can be fed to children often.

Ingredients: 1 pound of fresh sea bass, ginger, green onion, coriander

Method: Wash the killed sea bass, stuff some shredded ginger into the fish belly, put some shredded ginger and green onion on the fish body, steam it in the pot for 10 minutes after the water boils, finally drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce and sprinkle with some coriander.

4. Potatoes stewed with pork ribs

Ingredients: 2 potatoes, 1 pound of pork ribs

Method: Chop the ribs, wash them and put them in a pot to blanch. Take them out and marinate them with cooking wine and light soy sauce for half an hour. Put oil in the pot and stir-fry the onion, ginger and garlic. Add the ribs and stir-fry for two minutes. Then put them in a casserole together with the chopped potatoes, add enough water and stew them until they are soft. Finally, add salt and light soy sauce.

5. Stir-fried green beans with diced beef

Beef is a good source of high-quality protein and is rich in various vitamins. Eating it regularly can enhance your baby's resistance.

Ingredients: French beans, beef, chopped green onion, ginger and garlic

Method: Cut the beef into small cubes and marinate with cornstarch, cooking wine and light soy sauce for half an hour. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for two minutes, remove and rinse with cold water, then cut into cubes. Heat the oil in the pan until it is 70% cooked, add chopped green onion, ginger and garlic, then add the beef and stir-fry quickly. Remove from the pan when the beef changes color. Leave some oil in the pan and stir-fry the green beans for a few minutes, then add the beef and stir-fry until cooked.
