2. Pick out the shrimps and clean them.

3.Blanch the processed shrimps in boiling water.

4. Soak the dried shrimps in warm or cold water until soft.

5. Chop the scallion and ginger, grate the carrot, chop the dried shrimp, and prepare the meat filling.

6. Mix the meat filling with salt, light soy sauce, cooking oil, sesame oil, cooking wine, and chopped green onion and ginger and marinate for 15 minutes.

7. Preheat the pan and put in cooking oil. When the oil is hot, add the meat and dried shrimps and stir-fry quickly and evenly.

8. When the meat changes color, add the shredded carrots and stir-fry evenly. Remove from the pan and set aside.

9. Add the fried meat filling to the shrimp, mix well and let it cool slightly.

10. Cut off the leaves of the cabbage and wash them.

11. Pour boiling water into the pot, add a little salt and cooking oil, add the vegetable leaves until soft, remove from the pot, cool and drain.

12. Spread the leaves flat on the chopping board and tap them with a knife to make the cabbage fibers softer.

13. If the leaves are too big, cut them in half.

14. Place the fried minced meat filling on the vegetable leaves.

15. Roll into a roll.

16. Rolled Jade Vegetable Rolls.

17. Put the dish in a steamer with boiling water, cover and steam on high heat for 3 minutes, then steam for 2 minutes before serving.

18. Mix 15 ml of light soy sauce or Lee Kum Kee Tiancheng Yiwei Fresh Soy Sauce and 2 ml of sesame oil to make a sauce and pour it on the steamed vegetable rolls.

19. The dish is named Jade Roll, with emerald green appearance and emerald silk filling.
