How to make cheese bacon potato balls

In today’s society, with so many food ordering apps available, how many people are willing to cook their own meals? Ordering food online is convenient, but in the long run, your health will disappear. So, throw away your laziness, get into the kitchen and start practicing. Maybe you need to learn how to make cheese, bacon and potato balls from me.

1.1 Put the pot on the stove, add butter, then add green beans and corn, fry for a while, add 2/3 teaspoon of refined salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, stir well;

2.2 Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, and put them in the microwave for about 20 minutes. Put 2 tablespoons of water in the container, or boil them directly with the skin until cooked, peel them, cut into cubes, and then use a large spoon or potato press to mash them;

3.1 Add diced bacon, 50g butter, 2/3 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp powdered sugar;

4.2 Pour into mashed potatoes;

5. Stir well;

6. Brush a layer of butter on the baking sheet;

7. Apply some vegetable oil on your hands, and then roll the mashed potatoes into balls. Each ball should be about one tablespoon of mashed potatoes.

8. Place the rolled potato balls on a baking sheet, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Turn the baking sheet over and bake for another 10 minutes. You can also bake the balls for 15 minutes first without putting cheese on them, then put cheese on them, and bake for about 10 minutes more. This is safer and the cheese will not be over-burned.

No matter what you do, you need to work hard to improve your skills, and the same is true for cooking.
