How to make spicy and sour beef brisket with vinegar

1. Ingredients: 400g beef brisket, 90g cauliflower, 1 tomato, half an onion Seasoning: a little chili oil, 4 tablespoons blended oil, some sugar, some salt, some chicken essence, 1 tablespoon corn starch, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce

2. Wash and cut vegetables into pieces.

5. Pour into the pot and let the skin change color. Remove from the pot and set aside.

8. Pour in tomato sauce.

9. Pour in white rice vinegar.

10. Pour in the beef brisket and simmer over high heat for 20 minutes.
