How to cook sweet and sour lean pork

1. Prepare the ingredients

2.1 Chop the green onion and ginger and set aside

3.2 Cut lean meat into strips

5.2 Marinate the lean meat strips with salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, egg white and pepper for 10 minutes

7.2 Heat enough oil, the oil temperature should be around 60 degrees

8.1 Leave oil in the pan

9.2 Fry until golden brown, remove

10. Add tomato paste

11. Add white vinegar and sugar

12. Add half a bowl of water,

13. Add a little cornstarch and wait until the juice becomes thick

14. Pour the fried meat strips in and mix well.
