Toast Bacon Pizza

When there is a family gathering, many people will prepare some Western-style meals. Pizza is a common small meal at home. However, if the pizza is too big, it will not only be very troublesome, but also difficult to divide among many people. It is better to make a small toast bacon pizza. The small pizza made in this way is not only simple, but also can be made in large quantities. Depending on the number of friends at home, one portion for each person is good.

Ingredients: Whole wheat toast, mozzarella cheese, bacon, pizza sauce, broccoli, carrots, green peppers, onions, corn kernels

Method 1. Wash onions, green peppers and carrots and set aside

2. Put broccoli and corn kernels in boiling water, drain and set aside

3. Spread pizza sauce on toast

4. Spread a layer of cheese

5. Place corn kernels, broccoli, carrots, onions, and green peppers in order

6. Cut the bacon into small pieces and place them on top.

7. Finally, add a layer of cheese. It is recommended to slice the top layer of cheese. Thicker cheese tastes better.

8. Preheat the oven to 180°, bake on the middle layer for 8-10 minutes (until the cheese melts), and be careful not to dry out the cheese.

9. It’s ready, and you can share it with your friends.

Small Pizza

Ingredients: 100g corn kernels, 5 slices of toast, half a green pepper, half a red pepper, 1 boneless chicken leg, 1/4 pineapple, 150g cheese shreds, a little basil, a little salt, 5 tablespoons pasta sauce, some black pepper

Method 1. Remove the skin from the boneless chicken legs and cut the chicken into small pieces for later use.

2. Remove the core of the pineapple and cut into small pieces, cut the red and green peppers into small pieces, and mince the basil.

3. Cut the edges of the toast, roll it thinly with a rolling pin, spread a layer of bean paste, add a little basil powder, and sprinkle with cheese shreds.

4. Put the chicken skin into the pan and fry until the oil comes out, then discard the skin. Stir-fry the meat and pineapple with the chicken oil, then add the red and green peppers, stir briefly, and add salt and black pepper.

5. Place the fried ingredients evenly on the toast, add corn kernels, sprinkle a little cheese, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until the crust is golden. The pizza is done.

Dumpling wrapper variation - small pizza

Ingredients: dumpling wrapper, appropriate amount of bacon (fish, bacon, etc.), some tomato sauce, some cheese shreds, some chopped green onions, some carrot shreds, some tomatoes. Use a fork to rub a few holes in the dumpling wrapper so that it won't be uneven when it expands. Apply another layer of tomato sauce. Just put the ingredients you have at home. These are tomatoes, fish, chopped green onions, carrots...etc. This is bacon, chopped green onions, carrots...etc. Top with shredded cheese. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees until the meat is browned and cooked. About 12 minutes. Crispy and delicious.
