How to make grilled wings

1. After cleaning the wings, soak them in water for about an hour, changing the water once or twice;

2. Squeeze out the water from the soaked wings, cut two cuts on both sides of the wings and set aside;

3. As shown in the picture: all the wings have been cut;

4. Put all seasonings, except cumin powder, into a fresh-keeping bag;

5. Rub the bag with your hands to mix the seasonings thoroughly, then put the cut wings in, rub evenly, and marinate for more than 2 hours; (I marinated it at night and baked it in the morning after leaving it overnight)

6. Place the marinated wings on the grill, bake at 200 degrees on the upper layer of the oven for about 25 minutes, turn them over halfway through, and sprinkle with cumin; (Use a baking tray covered with tin foil to catch the dripping soup for easy cleaning)

7. Turn over halfway and sprinkle with cumin powder;

8. Turn over after the other side is toasted, sprinkle with cumin powder, and toast for about 2 minutes;

9. Remove from oven and serve on a plate. Eat while hot. The crust will have a crispy texture!

10. It was too dark in the morning, so I turned on the lights. The photo didn’t turn out very well, but it’s still quite tempting!
